Provenance. Prénom dérivé de Robert. Vient du germain "hrod et behrt" Signifie : "gloire et brillant" Se fête le 30 avril.
Histoire. Né en Champagne vers 1208, Robert se fait moine. Après avoir essayé de réformer plusieurs monastères, il prend la tête d'un groupe d'ermites qu'il installe à Molesne, en Côte-d'Or, vers 1075, dans des huttes de branchages. Parmi eux se trouve le futur saint Etienne. Mais Molesne s'embourgeoise. Alors, de nouveau, il quitte la confrérie avec quelques moines pour aller fonder l'abbaye de Cîteaux, en Côtes-d'Or, où il meurt en 1111.
Caractère. Ce sont des hommes d'action, des conquérants qui aiment découvrir et construire. Intransigeants, ils se laissent souvent emporter par leur passion. Toujours positifs, optimistes, leur compagnie est intéressante et dynamisante. Généreux, accueillants, ce sont des être très sociables. D'une intelligence pratique, curieux, ils s'intéressent à tout et se méfient des grandes théories. En amour, ils savent être doux et affectueux.
