Provenance. Variante de Killian. Vient du celte "kellien" Signifie : "gaillard, querelleur" Se fête le 8 juillet.
Histoire. Prêtre irlandais, Killian est envoyé évangéliser la Bavière vers la fin du VIIème siècle. Il convertit le duc régnant, mais ce dernier est contraint de renvoyer sa concubine pour se conformer à sa nouvelle religion. Or, la femme spoliée se venge de Killian qui disparaît soudainement, en 689. On le retrouve enseveli avec ses vases sacrés et ses ornements liturgiques.
Caractère. Ils ont généralement la langue bien pendue. Ce sont des inquiets et des insatisfaits qui ont du mal à trouver leur équilibre. Ils parlent beaucoup, mais agissent peu. Intelligents, l'esprit vif, très intuitifs, ils comprennent vite les gens et les situations ce qui, parfois, leur donne un sentiment de supériorité. D'humeur assez inégale, égoïstes, ils ne sont pas toujours faciles à vivre.
