Provenance. Prénom dérivé de Carine. Vient du latin "carus" Signifie : "bien aimé, cher" Se fête le 7 novembre
Histoire. Chrétienne vivant à Ancyre en Asie Mineure, au IVème siècle, Carine est arrêtée et martyrisée avec son mari Mélasippe et Antoine, leur fils, vers 363 pendant la persécution de Julien l'Apostat. On ne sait rien de plus à leur sujet.
Caractère. Elles aiment séduire, ce qui leur est facile, car elles sont pleines de charme et de féminité. Autoritaires, il est préférable de ne pas leur résister. Souriantes, agréables à vivre, très intuitives, elles jugent les gens d'un premier coup d'oeil et se trompent rarement. Elles sont fidèles en amour comme en amitié, mais si on les trahit, il est vain d'attendre leur pardon .
