Provenance. Forme portugaise de Ludivine. Vient du germain "lind et win" Signifie : "doux et ami" Se fête le 14 avril.
Histoire. Née en Hollande en 1380, Lidwine est victime d'un banal accident de patinage sur glace dans sa quinzième année. Alitée pour quelques jours, elle ne se relèvera finalement jamais. Sa vie est un long calvaire pendant trente huit années, abandonnée à ses souffrances. Elle s'ouvre à une vie mystique et de nombreux prodiges ou miracles sont constatés dans sa chambre. Elle s'éteint saintement le 14 avril 1433.
Caractère. La discrétion est leur vertu principale. Réservées au premier abord, ce sont, en réalité, de bonnes vivantes qui se libèrent avec leurs proches. Spontanées, comédiennes, avec un côté femme-enfant, elles amusent la galerie et sont très attachantes. Elles vivent les choses avec passion. Possessives, exclusives, elles sont facilement rancunières si on leur fait mal. Rêveuses, pleines de projets, elles débordent de gentillesse.
