Provenance. Prénom dérivé de Briac. Vient dun celtique "bri" Signifie : "estime, considération" Se fête le 18 décembre
Histoire. Moine irlandais, chassé par les hordes anglo-saxonnes qui déferlent sur son pays, Briac débarque en Armorique au 6ème siècle. Il y fonde un monastère sur une paroisse qui deviendra la ville de Ginguamp. Il meurt vers 555. C'est le saint patron de Bourbriac où se trouve son tombeau. - Rayan est aussi un prénom arabe, dans ce cas il signifie: "vigoureux, prospère."
Caractère. Vifs et spontanés, ils aiment philosopher sur des grandes questions. Ce sont des être imaginatifs et créatifs qui ne manquent pas de projets. Esprit curieux, ils se passionnent pour tout. Ordonnés, précis, ils aiment le travail bien fait. Sûrs d'eux, ils rassurent aussi ceux qui vivent avec eux. Leur humour et leur sympathie en font des hommes attachants.
