Provenance. Prénom d'origine slave. Vient de "sviet ou swieta" Signifie: "lumière ou sainte" Se fête le 20 mars.
Histoire. Les chrétiens orthodoxes russes honorent en sainte Svetlana la samaritaine de l'évangile de saint Jean. Après la mort du christ Sveltana s'emploie à annoncer la bonne nouvelle autour d'elle. La tradition veut qu'elle a subi le maryre à Carthage, en Tunisie, vers les années 65, avec l'un de ses fils. Dans l'église grecque la Samaritaine est vénérée sous le nom de Photine.
Caractère. Ils sont volontaires, courageux et font preuve d'une grande persévérence pour atteindre le but qu'ils se sont fixé. Ce sont des perfectionnistes. De tempérament calme, ils prennent le temps de la réflexion avant l'action. Accueillants, bavards, ils recherchent les contacts. Ce sont des hommes qui réussissent grâce à leur flair et qui ont le sens des affaires et de l'argent. Ils sont anxieux et se réfugient dans une intense activité.
