Provenance. Prénom d'origine latine. Signifie: "jeune pousse" Se fête le 13 juillet.
Histoire. Berger près de Dol, en Bretagne, Turio est éduqué par un prêtre, puis adopté par l'évêque de Dol qui l'ordonne au terme de ses études. Plus tard, il succèdera à son bienfaiteur en qualité d'évêque de Dol .Il rend son âme à Dieu le 13 juillet 749. Prénoms dérivés: Thurial, Thurian, Thurien, Urien, Urio, Uriou, thivisiau.
Caractère. Ils ont un besoin insatiable de s'expliquer et de s'exprimer. Ils sont curieux de tout et aiment faire partager ce qu'ils ressentent. Gais, accueillants, ils ont généralement bon caractère. Ce sont des inquiets, souvent envahis par le doute. Il faut les rassurer en permanence. Ce sont des hommes d'action qui agissent sans précipitation. Ils restent volontiers dans l'ombre, car ce sont des gens discrets. Altruistes, bons, ils ignorent l'égoïsme.
